Job Purpose:
The learnership program aims to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge needed for mineral processing. Successful candidates will undergo training and gain on-the-job experience in the Processing Department, while also acquiring SETA-accredited qualifications in the following skills programs:
- Ore Reception (MQA accredited)
- Ore Crushing (MQA accredited)
- Scrubbing and Screening (MQA accredited)
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 10/ABET Level 4
- Location: Applicants must be from the JTG District Municipality/Joe Morolong Local Municipality
- Skills: Basic technical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Other:
- Disciplined, responsible, and dependable
- Positive attitude and ethical
- Must be declared medically fit for the role and meet the fitness standards for a mining environment
