This 12-month retail learnership by FairPlay offers unemployed South African youth (ages 18-35) practical experience with a monthly stipend. Applicants must have a Matric certificate, valid ID, no criminal record, and no prior completion of this learnership. Positions available in Mokopane, Jane Furse, Bochum, Lebowakgomo, and Kwamhlanga. Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- Literacy and basic numeracy skills in communication, reading, writing, and maths
- Sound English communication skills
- Valid South African ID (must be a citizen)
- No criminal record
- Must be unemployed
- Age between 18 – 35 years
- Must not have completed the same learnership before
- Must be in good health
- Team player and eager to learn
- Able to cope under pressure in a dynamic retail environment
